Please note that WiFi access is available free of charge in the reception area.

The reception is open from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Sunday.

In case of late arrival, please contact the property before 19:00 so you can get instructions for the key collection.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. Your credit card details will be asked for the damages deposit.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals that may incur.

E-card payments are not accepted.

For stays between 1 and 6 nights, the hotel services package includes beds made upon arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchenette).

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen and towels are included. They can be changed upon request during your stay, for a EUR 7 extra fee per change per person or per bed. Please note that a EUR 35 to EUR 49 end-of-stay cleaning fee, varying according the type of apartment, is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. The kitchenette area must be cleaned by the guests before departure.

Access to the sauna is charged EUR 8 per person for 30 minutes. A free session is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Breakfast is available for a EUR 9 extra fee per adult and EUR 5 per child. It must be booked in advance, at least before 18:00 the day before, or upon check-in.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per stay in a child's cot/crib.

A baby chair can be rented for EUR 15 per stay.

Baby cot and baby chair package per stay: EUR 25 A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
